We are launching this petition to stop the use of Yondr pouches at Trenton Central High School. This petition will be presented to the Trenton Public Schools Board of Education so they hear directly from the students, families, and community members most affected by this decision.
We are asking others to join us because this issue goes beyond just phone use. Yondr puts student safety at risk by delaying access to phones in emergencies, unfairly punishes responsible students, and takes away important tools many of us need for translation, academics, health, and family communication. It also wastes money that could be better used for programs that truly support students, such as mental health services, extracurricular activities, and academic resources.
By signing this petition, you are standing with us to show the Board of Education that our community values safety, fairness, and trust. Together, we can stop Yondr from being implemented at TCHS and push for real solutions that benefit all students.

total waste of money. fix the actual problems in the school instead of worrying about where our phones are
My daughter needs her phone to call me if something happens at school. These pouches are a security nightmare.
let us keep our phones. we are responsible enough to handle it.
I use my phone for my health apps and translation. Taking it away makes school way harder than it needs to be.
Yondr is ridiculous. schools should focus on teaching not locking up our property like we are in prison.
Children's safety and bringing back the relation of trust between the youth and their teachers.
