No water for 1 year, but we are charged R206.53 every month. Our meter stop a year ago with a reading of 428 yet the current on our bill reads 459 cb metre.???

Constantly struggling with our water in Bathurst. Seldom any pressure if there is water & the water is often scummy & brown & has slimy sediment. Our clothes often come out dirtier than when they went into the machine for washing. And it is a nightmare to clean our toilet. We only use our 1 toilet upstairs at night to wee & yet it is stained brown (from the water).

Been battling to get reliable water supply from municipality since 1994. A disgrace to pay for infrastructure for years and it does not work. Tired of weak excuses.

How much longer are we rate payers going to be subjected to the feeble excuses we are being fed as to the reasons we have no water?

Water is a basic human right. How much has been paid to Ndlambe and yet us rate payers see no progress. It’s time you stepped up to the plate and get everyone FREE water.
