They currently face a 5% reduced VAT rate.
Charge a higher rate for real luxuries and not against sanitary towels and tampons.

About time. It's a necessity not some fancy treat.
Signed. Utterly absurd that stuff like razors for men get away with so much but this gets taxed.
Ridiculous that we have to pay extra just for having a uterus. Fix this already.
ITS 2016 WHY IS THIS STILL A THING. STOP TAXING US FOR BASIC HYGIENE.
My wife was just talking about this yesterday. How is it still counted as a luxury item? Makes no sense.

Such a great campaign - this is the thin end of the wedge and represents a wider issue. If tampons were used by men, they'd be tax free!
