Children should use the bathroom that matches their identity.

Understand the issue but perhaps offering a "family" separate bathroom would be the answer.

NO!!!! It is just inviting trouble. I don't want a male in the bathroom with my granddaughter and vise-versa. Doesn't the non-trans gender have any rights anymore?

Gender specific should use the restroom within your gender parts

I will not sign this petition! And here is why. Keep in mind we are talking about schools here. For example, let's say there was a biological male that transitioned Into a female. Let's say she came out as transgender about 2 weeks ago I don't think they are ready to use the women's bathroom. But if they came out a year ago then yes they should use the women's bathroom because the girls would know she is transgender. I don't think they should make a different bathroom. U send ur son to school and there could be a gay male and could rape ur son because he still uses the men's bathroom and sane with ur daughter there could be a lesbian that could rape her in that bathroom so I WONT SIGN THIS PETITION

As someone who attended Dorchester County Schools and looks to send my own children to the same schools I attended, I say no to transgender bathrooms and locker rooms. It infringes not only on my rights, but the safety of children. And opens a door through which more sexual harassment and abuse can occur.

As a mother of two girls I do not want my girls put in harms way, this is not ok!!! Do we need to make signs that says Dicks/Vaginas instead of Men/Women

I have 2 granddaughters and I don't agree with the transgender bathrooms. School is suppose to be for the kids not put in harms way!

Of course it comes with a cost, but a separate bathroom similar to Retail Stores that offer a "family" restroom, would be ideal. It's a single restroom, open to WHOMEVER wants to use it.
