I do not support Townhomes on Eve Kennedy. Suwanee has become one of the most congested cities in Gwinnett County. The increase of accidents in the Eve Kennedy area is directly due to the horrendous increase of traffic. There is also a floodplain behind existing homes on Eve Kennedy.

"Anonymous" is asking people to sign a petition. The person asking others to sign with their names, shouldn't be anonymous. They should reveal who they are.

Absolutely not in that area of Suwanee, we like the peaceful neighborhood as it is now. This will definitely add to traffic and make for congestion.

I live on Stonecypher Rd. The police can't stop people from cutting through using stonecypher as a race track already!!!! Adults, Children & pets out walking, cars cutting through running about 65 mph in a 25 zone. No regard for children, runners, homeowners, biker riders from trails or cyclist. If they want to place something on Eva Kennedy & Stonecypher place speed humps. Not another track of homes that will bring down property values from what they currently are. Everyone should take the example of the bankrupted town homes that existed over on Calaboose St. They were full of squatters for a long time and now have been bought and sold over and over due to the bad location of placement. It didn't raise property values either. It destroyed the historical area of Suwanee, As I live right behind the Mayor..... The city of Suwanee & Mayor should be ashamed that they are selling Suwanee out try to be like everyone else and to make a dollar. Build around the historical area all you want. You want to add something to Old Town Area, then the city should use tax money to repair Pierces Corner.

We do not need the additional traffic, and the undesirable community of townhomes and their occupants. Townhomes lower community value after 10 years.

I fully against this. All these roads in and around Eva Kennedy already speed through our neighborhood and cause me great worry for my growing kids that use bikes for fun. We already having issues with speeding cars.
