Completely unnecessary fight Yorkshire Wildlife ...... a proper rethink needed not just a bullying approach ..... You also need to consider the local community in all this .......

This is an area of fragile beauty. The proposed visitors centr would damage the environment not only the wild life but fauna as well.

Keep Spurn wild! We don't need this huge building or car part ... also an intent to do food ...there is already food catered admirably at the Crown... shows how utterly out of touch this Yorkshire trust is ! Grrrr

There is no place amongst this spectacular wilderness for a modern visitor attraction. Visiting birders and the local people will not benefit from the development, but most importantly neither will the birds. The visual disturbance caused during the construction phase, the habitat loss and the disturbance through increased footfall will all prove detrimental to the areas' sensitive bird populations.

YWT may be losing money from cars no longer able to travel to the point but their proposed siting for a visitor centre is detrimental to the precious birds and wildlife.

Needless destruction of habitat. If a visitor centre is needed, use an existing building.

My objection is not against a visitor centre but against its location. This is an alarming choice of location from a charity that is supposed to protect our wildlife. The environmental

Just got a caravan at sandy beaches and it's bad enough now without them wanting to start bringing wagons down there
