NO to Yet Another Drive Thru! Alpine Community Kitchener

Of all the fast food, A&W is my favourite. But there already is one not far away on Homer Watson and Bleams. This is not an appropriate spot as it is too small, in an already congested area.

The traffice volume is already dangerously high we certainly don't need to add to this traffic congestion with another restaurant, please do not consider this project,young children cross this area for school, adds further danger for children walking

We have alot of fast food in the area. A small town cafe or bakery would be an establishment that I would definitely support.

were not very happy re pushing this drive -thru as you haven't talked to or consulted with neighbours or notified re 1st meeting...and now a 2nd meeting and it feels like its just going to be rubber stamped dirt- noise- garbage- rats- & 24 hrs it to be open Not this close to homes and area to small for a drive thru have lived here over 40 years and we do not need or want this

No drive thru please!! I remember Tim Horton's drive thru years ago in this area

How more congested does a busy corner have to get? You're just asking for a tragedy to happen!

there isn't enough room 1st of all and more importantly we the residents of Roberts cres...do not want another restaurant it will end up being a garbage dump and attract RATS of which we don't need another infestation as we have a storm drain running along the back of our properties that have attracted rats before and will again we are sure...also this is the 2nd meeting WELL we were never informed of the 1st one...a underhanded way to push this thorough and not very fair to the neighbours that this will affect

Thank you for informing us of this possible change. This corner is already far too busy too add a drive -thru too. I've come FAR too close to being run over SEVERAL times!!!

There are already enough fast food establishments in this Alpine area. We don't believe that property is suitable, due to the size, and the close proximity to the homes bordering the property. The city should have a priority of the well being and concerns of the homeowners. Each homeowner pays taxes, as well as the business you are proposing. The difference is, the business owner, as well as our elected representatives do not live in this area, and put up with the smells, dangerous pedestrian walkway, high risk traffic corner, rodents, lights shining into homes possibly all night, as well as the noise, and the fuel odours, as we who live in the area do. Safety should also be a consideration of our elected officials, in their consideration. Thank you for your serious, humane, thoughtful time spent on this decision, for the good of the people, and this community.

We live right across from the gas station in question and the last thing we want to see is another fast food drive through considering we have a Tim Horton on the opposite side and many other fast food places and restaurants on this block. Please do not allow another drive thru

We don't need anymore fast food joints anyways! Don't devalue these hardworking homes!

The last thing this area needs is another fast food restaurant. i take the the ottawa and strasburg bus every morning right next to the proposed fast food restaurant. as if there is not enough garbage and litter from tim hortons, subway, popeyes etc. there is always litter at the bus stop on the road etc. yuck! it really is disgusting. how about a nice cafe, health food store, or heck just leave the space empty. why does every space in this area have to be used for commercial reasons.

Please the last thing we need is another fast food place in this intersection it is already very congested with the Tim Hortons and the garbage I live right next to the Tim Hortons . We have a Mcdonalds, Subway, Popeyes, Boston Pizza, Montanna's and a Zehrs which is across the road which brings a lot of Traffic. We need something like a little Healthy food store or a small cafe. This intersection is not big enough for a drive thru it will cause major problems with traffic and the bus stop not to mention the four houses that would be greatly impacted by this development. Please do the right thing for this community and do not allow another fast food drive thru

Corners are dangerous for a drive-thru. Choose something different. Too many accidents here as it is!

We need healthy options. Our youth are important.

Not against A&W opening in the area but that is a terrible location for it and not fair to the homeowners that will be effected. That corner is congested I believe it will cause danger to pedestrians and possibly car accidents. K.S

No more fast food drive throughs.

Heave traffic already,busy area and that business is going to increase the risk to have more cars accidents. Also decrease of the value of the houses around.

We don't need another one in this area and it infringes on the rights of the nearby home owners .. living costs are $$ enuf we don't need to add to the hardships
