As a homeowner in Spencer’s Crossing for the last 13 years, I do not want storage next to our community. We were promised different types of businesses, like Target, not storage units.

We fo not need another storage unit in this area. We have enough fas t food joints and need some upscale businesses on Winchester. This is too close to the wetlands being restored on the adjacent property.

Too many businesses in the middle of our residential area!! This will only increase the traffic where young people are walking and riding bikes. Causing more potential for accidents.

I oppose the building of a storage facility

Please do not allow this to happen. This is a nice residential community and if you allow these storage units to come in it will cause irreparable harm to this community and environment. If you allow this to proceed it will cause traffic and more importantly safety problems for our children and neighborhood. We moved her for the small tight nit residential feel and you just keep approving commercial unsavory businesses. You should want to attract high end business and instead you approve businesses that bring no value to the community and will just make us what you move, which in the end hurts everyone. Please do not permit this storage unit to proceed!!
