Poor taste in advertising, unacceptable, uncalled for. Time is up we need to stop this type of poor communication. No one cared about Trustco this morning... no bad publicity stunt later and they are trending. More than apologize, more than a petition. Where is the accountability!

Transgender women are women. Stop discrimination. Suggesting women transition for opportunities fails to shine a light on the violence and suffering of the transgender community. Shame on you #TRUSTCO

This advertisement is infantile at best. Whoever thought is was a good idea to refer to women as "broads" is way out of touch and deserves to be put on pension, as this epithet is so "last decade"! Seriously, it's a purine attempt at humour and should be replaced by an intelligently scripted advertisement that doesn't mention any gender - after all, it claims to be an "equal opportunity" company. Gender shouldn't even be a factor that is mentioned in the advertisement. Silly!

I will go as far as demand that Trustco pays for training men at their work places on gender equality and the benefits for a society.

This is shameful beyond understanding.
