This is transphobic, unacceptable and needs to be taken down.

Reform and change is needed. Let it be known, we live in a modern era where we treat our women with respect and dignity.

I can not believe that a corporation in Namibia was allowed to release such an advert. Shame on you Trsuco, this is not the Namibia I want to live in,

A contribution from Trustco to dozens of Women's Rights and Protection groups is also in order.

This should be a wake up call! it's 2018, LGBTQIA+ rights need to be adressed!

I am not sure what TrustCo is trying to say with this Advert... but surely their way of advancing women equality in the work place is stereotypic and carries a lot of prejudice in action... Firstly why would you have Caitlyn on a Namibian call/vacancy and have a tag line of " Some will do anything to get a seat" which gets the chills of transphobia right there and then I further reflect on the very same tag line and shake my head as the feeling of how we as WOMEN are made cheap and will do anything... Let me just stop right here and not go in the content as that carries its own misrepresentation of what exactly the call or vacancy is for .... And please don't tell me its a corporate way of advertising... #BodilyAutonomy #WomenShouldNotBeInstitutionalisedByPatriarchy

Advancing forms of stereotyping and prejudice on women and transgender people is a big form regress and amplification of discrimination... Such male misogyny should not be allowed in our country as it does not promote equality and equity for all...
