We demand that Trustco Group Holdings retracts this advert with immediate effect. We demand a public apology and that Trustco high level management receives Transformative Gender Training.
Trustco just hit 250 signatures and it is clear they cannot ignore the people they offended anymore. This garbage advertisement stays up because they think we will go away but this proves we are getting louder.

Trustco management keeps hiding while our numbers grow and the pressure mounts. They think they can ignore this disgusting display of sexism forever but they are dead wrong.

Trustco still refuses to acknowledge the rot in their marketing department or take accountability for this blatant sexism. Silence won't save them from the reality that people are fed up with their dehumanizing standards.

This not a small, over-sensitive, whinging minority complaining or not getting a 'joke', this is about articulate, progressive Namibians having the courage to call out unacceptable behaviour. This is the future. TRUSTCO would do well to dialogue with these bright young Namibians and to prioritise gender training for Board, management and staff.

The idea that transpeople exist to gain certain privileges is both disgustingly derogatory and unsupported by evidence. This company should retract the advert and properly apologize. Maybe send their marketing team on diversity training.

Poor taste in advertising, unacceptable, uncalled for. Time is up we need to stop this type of poor communication. No one cared about Trustco this morning... no bad publicity stunt later and they are trending. More than apologize, more than a petition. Where is the accountability!

I will go as far as demand that Trustco pays for training men at their work places on gender equality and the benefits for a society.

Has Trustco gone mad? If this is their way of advancing women equality in the work place, they have surely gone mad. The most violently disrespectful advert I’ve ever seen in Namibia. The overt sexism and transphobia is staggering. It’s so disgusting. Shame on you Trustco.
