keep it on concord ave so it can funnel into the nightmare under the bridge, closing a street in the center will help make it user friendly for many of the children who will be using it

I don't understand why you would put a bike trail next to the commuter rail. Why would you encourage people to walk and ride bikes next to the tracks?I think this is a crazy idea.
