With all the traffic on Hwy 87 alone is enough to vote " No" to the Quarry. Carolina Trace is an established community with beautiful homesites and golf course. This will effect our community and surrounding area!!!!

I am totally against this rock quarry, which will greatly impact our quality of life here. I love living in this quiet neighborhood, where I feed the deer and squirrels. I see them drink from our backyard creek. What will happen to the wildlife and our environment with this heavy industrial use?? Stop this madness now!!!

Residents and Elected Leaders of Lee County, wake up! Although this proposed quarry is next to Carolina Trace, it will impact us all. Nothing good can come from this. The traffic, environmental hazards, health risks, diminished property value, these are just the beginning. There is no gain for the city of Sanford and Lee county...no matter what fiscal revenue might be gained for the City, County, or State...the negative impacts far outweigh any gains...

We just moved here for the serenity of this lovely community at Carolina Trace. Think about how large this community is and how diligently our peace is guarded. Gas motors are not even allowed on our lake. This peace is deeply threatened by the environmental disaster waiting to happen! NO to the Little River Quarry.

The negative environmental impact is real - Once you start this stripping of the land, digging, blasting and polluting the waterways, YOU CAN NOT REVERSE THIS! It will be wasted land FOREVER!
