This quarry in this location would have a severe impact on the well being of local residents both from a health and financial aspect. Please reject the petition.

This business venture for the financial benefit of a few would be causing immeasurable harm to the health and well being of thousands of nearby county residents. In good conscience, kindly reject it. Thank you.

Consideration should be given to the use of the old railroad right-of-way to establish a rail connection for the stone , which would be far better than truck transportation. Of course, the best solution is NO quarry.

I can't imagine how the need and greed of a very few can supersede the quality of life than would be changed for so many residents who live so near by.

The proposed quarry will significantly increase air, water and sound pollution, dramatically increase traffic danger on Rt. 87, decrease property value and negatively impact the growth of a vital urban community.

This proposed quarry will be nothing but a public health and safety problem for the surrounding area.

It is absolute insanity to put the fate of approximately 1,500 families' quality of life in the hands of of a company with no experience operating a quarry or mine. We should learn from the way that VW has been operating. Let's put the lives of the families in the area over the interest of a business that is only concerned with making some money at the expense of these families.

I am against this development as it will cause pollution, devalue of property and put us at risk of accident.

This quarry would be a travesty and absolutely devastating to our community, its growth and future. This is not to minimize the health concerns for our young families. The traffic that a quarry of this size brings along with its pollution can't be adequately quantified. People will DIE, that is a fact. And their deaths will be for nothing other then to line the pockets of greedy businessmen who lie, steal, cheat and bribe to get what they want. It doesnt matter how the proposal was sugar coated. The ONLY goal of the quarry owner(s) is to make money. They DO NOT care about anything else. There so called concern is comical because its untrue and they have legally been told to include these false promises. My family and I will no longer live with our heads in the clouds and be so nieve and gullible as to believe false promises. We already have coal ash being dumped into our county and various types of industrial waste for financial gain. This is a beautiful place to live, please don't ruin it any further. I ADAMANTLY OPPOSE THIS QUARRY!!!

No quarry!!! There will be constant noise from blasting and heavy trucks in our area and it will destroy this peaceful area.
