We don't need this in our cities. The health and welfare of the people is supposed to outweigh the profit made by these companies. I'm retired, we don't need poor health conditions and unsafe conditions killing us and draining our money to fix foundation problems caused by blasting. Come on people let's stop this quarry from happening.

As a resident of the Carolina Trace community, I am opposed to having a development such as this in such close proximity. Not only will it add unnecessary noise and dust it would drive down home values across the area.

Moving to Carolina Trace soon and would hate for the rock quarry to disturb the tranquil setting of the area. We lived near a rock quarry in Virginia and it sounded like WWIII some nights. I understand we need quarries, just keep them away from residential areas...please.

I'm a Carolina Trace resident and do NOT want a rock quarry near my neighborhood. There is way too much historical evidence of what happens to nearby communities when big businesses take priority over citizens. NO!!!! to Little River Quarry!

Against this and future use involving heavy mining in this area, note the credentials of the owners, this is a toe hole for unwanted mining and gas exploration within Lee county.

Praying for your community just as we are praying for ours. LeHigh Hanson is trying to take what was once a Clay Mine and turn it into an Aggregate Quarry.

This is an inappropriate place to have a rock quarry. It is located. Y the Elba river that just underwent a huge restoration project and is at the site of a very popular access point to Olympic national park.

The Little River Quarry will cause serious health and safety issues to the surrounding people and infrastructure. It is of no benefit except financially to the operators.

There is no value to Lee County or its residents in having this quarry. The applicant has said repeatedly that he does not plan to operate the quarry so how can he make promises for an unknown operator? Like everything else with his application and plan, there are more questions and concerns than answers.
