No THANKYOU. No more buildings are allowed in Glendale. We shouldn't build anything more.
After I moved here 4 years ago from Chicago we should have stopped all buildings. I liked it just the way it was because if we don't build anything then no bad people show up. It is that simple. Read the news. It's true.

NOPE. I don't think businesses should be allowed to sell things used to poor people.
We need to regulate businesses. We need more regulation so that we can prevent them from having the freedom to sell things to people I don't like. And I really don't like poor people. They cause crimes you know? NO THANK YOU.

The nerve these developers have building something without asking me about it first.
They need to learn that just because they own the land doesn't mean they have the freedom to do what they want with it. Nobody has that freedom. You have to get permission before you do anything.

I really just want poor people to be in Glendale. If poor people are here it is bad. Lets just make them live in other cities, but not Glendale. I didn't move here to have poor people around me.

No to this planned development. A similar bad situation is across from Deer Valley Honor Health Hospital because of the budget apartment/hotel complex across the street catering to transient drug culture! Besides DVHHH’s uniformed security personnel, Phoenix Police are also on duty to handle the constant security threats and drug addicts flooding the ER for various reasons.

Our family has lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and would not like to have an extended-stay hotel nearby. The parcel has much better uses, such as a medical or office building. We will attend the meeting on July 12th.

Born and raised in the north west Valley and my daughter lives near this location. Not what the community wants, not what our transient community needs. No!
