This is a business area not for hotels, especially extended stay. What prevents traffic from parking in the residential area. What happens to our property values because of the increase traffic and potential problems from the hotel's residents. The mayor and City Council should protect the neighborhoods and businesses. I vote a strong NO!!!!!

I’ve owned house backing up to area since 1992. We knew and accepted that area was zoned for office park and since built has been well maintained and quiet especially on weekends. The proposed hotel would change the ambience of area and would decrease the value of abutting residential.

Communities across the US have been fighting to stop these extended stay hotels from coming into their neighborhoods for good reason. We don't need the crime, the drugs, the sex trafficking, or the congestion this will cause in our neighborhood, despite how it will be downplayed. No to StayApt!

We moved here 12 years ago two raise our kids in a safe environment; nothing good will come out of this being built.

I moved into this neighborhood because it is a quiet and safe area. I do not want a transient type
hotel being built here to bring in crime

We have enough going on in this neighbor hood without drawing these types of people to it.
I don't want that place in my neighborhood
