The local character of Glendale looks like me, my neighbor, my sister, and our parents. If we build this "hotel" it will make those people think they can move up here. I have nothing against those people, but they shouldn't be here. They should stay down in Downtown Phoenix. It just feels better when we keep things separated. We stay up here and they stay down there.

This is an outrage. As a landowner it is my constitutional right to decide what other landowners can and cannot do with their land. And my verdict is they cannot build this. Nuff said!

NO! Hotels bring noise and traffic.
Yes I know there is a Marriot across the street, oh and the Serene hotel on the other side of Arrowhead Mall, and the La Quinta, and the Hampton Inn, but those are nice hotels that I would stay at. I wouldn't stay at this proposed hotel and if it isn't for me then it is a bad idea! I get to decide.
