Please do not allow StayApt to build here. There will be no accountability from the absentee owner, and as a senior citizen I feel threatened by temporary housing and potential squatters having such easy access to my quiet neighborhood… with senior citizens being easy targets for crime.

First DVUSD board voted to change our high school from Mountain Ridge to Deer Valley, which was a downgrade. Now Glendale is going to vote to change zoning to allow something that should never be next to a residential neighborhood.
Please do not allow the neighborhoods around Arrowhead Mall to follow the path that those around MetroCenter took. Keep the original zoning

Being born and raised in Phoenix, I have witnessed the growth this city has. Where there is growth you will have pros and cons. Unfortunately, with every single extended stay and/or budget suites that are here in the Phoenix area comes theft, drugs, and prostitution. I DO NOT WANT THAT IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, where I am trying to raise my children!!!!!!!..

A neighborhood filled with families with lots of young children is not the place for an extended stay hotel-like property.
