I feel this hotel will do more damage to our neighborhood than good. The taxes earned will be at the expense of property values resulting in lower property taxes. So, tax gains by the city will be less than expected.

The city listened to the neighbors in the past and should do so again.
Please don't let shortsighted revenue gains become a ox yoke for us in perpetuity.

I’m surprised our councilman is even considering letting this conditional use permit go through.
