This does not belong in a residential neighborhood. My wife and I walk along that area on almost a daily basis, that’s not the type of business for our neighborhood. Ultimately will affect our property values as well as our safety, because of what that will bring to our neighborhood.

Stop trying to bring down our nice quiet neighborhood. Carvana is an eyesore, Phoenix Children's Hospital is going to bring more unneeded traffic, and an extended stay would do nothing but bring in crime and the wrong kind of people. I don't want our neighborhood to turn into another neighborhood like the extended stay on 27th Avenue and Rose Garden which is rife with drugs and crime. Please do not ruin our neighborhood in the name of the equity agenda. We have a right to happiness too.

This is not an appropriate place for a hotel. The location of it should be along a major road in a commercial development, like hotels typically are, not hidden behind business offices and sharing a border with residential neighborhoods. The location of this proposed hotel makes it questionable what the actual use of it is intended for. Please vote against it.

Registered voter here. Opposed to this project. We can't afford our home values to take this hit. Put this project in downtown Glendale or off of Grand Avenue where it belongs.

The equine trails are being used for equine purposes and this will limit the enjoyment for use and reasons equine lovers chose to live here in Glendale!
