Isn't this just inviting more crime into our once quiet neighborhoods? These are transient apartment dwellers that bring with them elements and behaviors that are not conducive to the surrounding community and long time residential neighborhoods.

I am opposed to this extended stay. This has an extremely high potential of bringing crime into our neighborhood and decreasing our property values.

Please keep urban problems and housing out of suburban neighborhoods. We moved away from the city for a reason! There are already continuing issues and crime with the Budget Suites, which has a similar business model, at 27th Ave & Yorkshire. We don’t need more of these types of housing.

The franchisee is from North Carolina, and will be an absentee owner. He has self-reported no experience in AZ, nor our community. Extended stays provide temporary housing for transients.
