I go to the gym everyday at lunch without fail because I know what every work out will bring me based on who is teaching what class. Whenever I go on mission, that is what I miss the most.
The in house staff are terrific and they are very efficient at what they do!

This is another idea that appears to be a cost-saver but will not be in the long-run and which will decrease the quality of service provided

Being a member of the WB gym is being part of a community that motivates and cares for us. Fitter employees = happy and productive employees.

I feel very strongly that outsourcing the gym to a private company would jeopardize the quality of service the Fitness Center currently provides to its members. Current instructors and staff fully understand members' needs in a way no external organization would. Please keep the gym as is: affordable and with an excellent service.

i agree that the services provided for this group of teachers is very high qualified. Not sure if any outside resource would ensure such a friendly environment.

Absolutely no, this can't be. Our fitness instructors and volunteers are the best, besides being technically competent, they provide the best service. As a fitness freak and gym junkie, I have memberships to fitness centers outside the Bank, none of them compare to the Bank. There are areas or improvements including equipment which can be sorted out mutually. But definitely "NO" to the outsourcing!

I use the gym quite frequently and are very happy with the quality and responsiveness of the staff. They work hard to make it a positive and welcoming experience.
