The gym is a family like environment. Please don't break this closeness by bringing other commercial gym service.

I am for supporting the wonderful gym staff. They are our more our friends with so many years of smiles. It is unclear if the new management company can keep the current staff as employees as they know the gym best. If the level of services and maintenance can be improved by another company and they can keep the staff then there we resolve both issues. I guess the decision to get an outside company and cost savings need to be explained better. Level of service current is good. What additional value is the outside company bringing? If the current staff need training, workon specific issues, then give them a chance. The outsourced contract should mandate the current employees' employment.

While all other organizations are moving toward providing the healthy option of exercising (conveniently available to staff), the Bank makes this decision to outsource the very well run and beneficial fitness center. This is honestly unacceptable.

It makes good business sense for an organization to review, from time to time, those activities and programs that it supports. I do hope that in doing so, some aspects that are non-quantifiable and that benefits staff, which in turn benefits the institution as a whole, are taken into account.

Outsourcing will lessen the level of commitment, hard work and enthusiasm which the current staff bring to the Fitness Center. It outsourced, you'll get a constant crop of rotating people who won't ever get to know staff, know their fitness needs and goals and who, because they are not part of the institution, will just do the minimum amount required. Anything the Bank has outsourced has always lessened commitment and service.

Let's preserve the quality of all these different activities offered by the Center. We should overide the issue of cost in comparision to the staff health.

The fitness center staff is amazing! It would be a grave mistake to outsource.
