Too much green land being squandered.

This won’t be in keeping with the area and more dwellings aren’t needed in this part of Quinton.

I am deeply concerned regarding the new build. I am a care worker who visits patients regularly 3 times a day and parking will be and issue due to having to carry heavy equipment to and from the my car

This proposal would just ruin the look of the area. It would clearly cause issues with traffic because of its situation.

I object to this planning application. This has had a major impact on my already ill health. It will affect traffic and parking. And also being built directly opposite my home and very close it will invade my privacy. Say NO TO NEW BUILD in old Quinton. Keep the Green space

Surely there is not enough room and building there would cause so many problems with the view of the road pulling out onto Quinton Road West.... TOO DANGEROUS

This plot of land seems far too small to provide quality housing.
The positioning would make it more dangerous to cross the road at the already poor junction. Cars park on this part of the road and block access for pedestrians as it is.
The garden used to be beautiful and full of lovely wildlife. Losing this would be disastrous.
We do not have to build houses on every last little bit of greenery!!!

I am very concerned as a local business owner that this will cause a problem with the already difficult parking in the area.
Also the effect on the local green space is a high concern. Please reconsider.
