There is lack of parking and I do not agree with building a house on that land

I strongly object to the planning development. This will have a major impact on many things, parking, traffic obstruction, the wellbeing of the local residents, noise pollution and mess. It's also in close proximity opposite my house invading our privacy and affecting my wife's health as she has been diagnosed with epilepsy. Also the person who wants the house built is using his nephew as the applicant. He has numerous houses on the street. Which are being used illegally.

I disagree with this proposed build on the basis of increased traffic and stress on an already overpopulated estates infrastructure. This relates to parking, loss of wildlife habitats/green space, loss of light for neighbouring properties, increased traffic and associated noise and pollution, and potential for further HMOs which increases population exponentially and lowers the value of houses on the estate.

My elderly parents live on this estate. Walking along this road is already a struggle with narrow pavements and cars parked. There is not enough space for another dwelling in this area.

I visit family here regularly and enjoy how traditional the area has been kept. It’s sad to see how many cars are parked in the area.

I strongly object to this dwelling Beiing built. It’s difficult to get down this road as it is with the many parked car and narrow road.

Parking is way too congested on this road already. I visit my parents every day who I care for and have disabilities. I have to double park so the can get into my car most days!

This isn’t in keeping with surrounding area. Causing a lot of disruption to neighbours. I strongly disagree with the approval of this application.

I know from recent personal experience that the local doctors & dentist are no longer taking NHS patients due to the volume of patients they already have. Adding more housing to our area will just put more pressure on these services. We also have a problem with parking so more houses will mean more cars. As a resident I object to this development.

I work in this area and also have to drop off my daughter along this road. Parking is always a major issue

Needs to be refused and the local community considered. Every tiny bit of land scrapped up by dodgy landlords who then use this as HMO due to loopholes. We then have to endure drug drops and drunkenness and antisocial behaviour while he counts his money! This established area is already a haven to wildlife and trees are have already being cut down during the nesting period. Owners should be fined for cutting these down in anticipation as getting planning permission. This small area is unsuitable due to the layout of surrounding roads and blind spots due to the configuration of the roads. Plus we are saturated due to parking issues having to use other roads to park in. Old Quinton should not be subjected to the rape of our community by others that do not live here.

Totally agree, the only construction that would be an advantage there is an additional car parking area.

As a local resident, I Fully support this petition. This area is far too small to accept more buildings and traffic

I agree that another dwelling at that sight would impact the area with more cars ,I also believe that although it could be a family dwelling I'm concerned it may be a HMO which comes with its own issues .
