I agree old Quinton should be protected. I have lived in this area for over 40 years.

The impact on the safety of the local road and access will be significant. I have already had to call 999 for an incident relating to access due to parking. The location can not support additional cars that would follow an additional home. The area is already over capacity for parking.

People should not be allowed to build a property where there is no room to build one.

The loss of trees and habitat for wildlife will be detrimental and parking will be further squeezed and a negative impact of the area.

We don’t want new houses on that street which is already struggling for parking spaces and traffic when we come to visit family

Very upset to hear this lovely green area in Quinton is possibly being built upon. The only green area local for wildlife and for the public to enjoy. This will be upsetting for my family who live there, who already don’t have anywhere to park and as someone who visits family on this regularly, it will be very awkward to find a safe place to park my car. Please consider the neighbours and wildlife in this area.

Keep the green-space, to many houses crammed into this road.

This will obscure the road when exiting from Meadow Road onto Ridgeacre Road West Also construction will cause traffic restriction on both Meadow Road & Ridgeacre Road West
