There are already too many empty warehouses, the infrastructure is completely not updated here in Tracy, too many low paying jobs and a “ University “ to laugh about.

More warehouses without massive changes to ease traffic congestion is unacceptable. I moved here in 2010 to the very west side of Tracy. It took me 5 minutes to get onto the freeway. It now take 45 minutes some days to get onto the freeway. Look around town there are semi trucks parked all over the place on the side of the road. Truck pollution will make the quality of life decline. We are do not want to become the next Vernon Ca!

Tracy has enough warehouses. The truck traffic is already horrible. They have no respect for designated truck routes. This is only one of many concerns. Leave our beautiful ag land alone.

There are other & way more important issues to address & take care of before starting another warehouse project. We have plenty of those standing Empty as it is.
