Are ok with development of these parcels but only if done within the confines of the current SKOD rules for minimum height and density/intensity!

We have enough hotels and condos. Don't allow them to destroy our beaches.

They are trying to build this 170 room hotel directly across the street from my condo. This will only increase the horrible traffic that we are already experiencing.
It will also make that already dangerous cross walk even worse as their guests try to cross to the public access. Unfortunately, I don’t think they care what the residents want. I may be wrong but I don’t think any of the council board members even live on Siesta Key so it won’t affect them at all!

This development in such. Localized and smaller water front area will definitely create a massive over flow where no one will be able to enjoy this beautiful beach. Strongly opposed to these new developers and their plans.

Too big, affects too many residents, and sets a dangerous precedent. No, no, no.

We just moved here from Nashville, because we LOVED the lack of over-developed, mega resorts like in the Panhandle & Atlantic side

During season traffic is backed up to my complex a mile south of the bridge I am a Doctor Who is required to go to the emergency room for patient care it would be unsafe for me to try to use the Oncoming lane in an emergency
We don’t need that - don’t build trouble
