Please do not allow a large hotel to be built in the village. It is already overcrowded!

One of the best things about Siesta Key is the lack of hotels. I prefer to keep it that way.

As a owner on the key and someone who grew up in this area I strongly oppose a hotel being developed at this location.

Absolutely not. The traffic is backed up now and the level of vandalism has already risen in the last few years...we have plenty of accommodations. When does it stop?

Please keep the big money out of our keys... you can’t get over the bridges or spend time at the beach as it is.

As a homeowner on Siesta Key I am against a mega-hotel being built on the key. The traffic is over capacity already.

NO to big hotels for Siesta Key. It is not against development, it is about being more wise. We don’t need mass tourism for local businesses but we need more boutique tourism with high returns. We don’t need to repeat the mistakes had been done in many other Florida vacation spots and even through out the world. Siesta Key is unique and it makes it more valuable.

There is more than enough tourism on siesta. The beach parking lot is at its limit and the trolleys are slowing down traffic. As a home owner I feel, it is all just about tourism and not about what people on Siesta really need and want. It is already enough to have one ugly high-rise building built on the beach. I think the ones healthy mix of residence and tourists is now totally out of balance.
