Zoning regulations are there for a reason. If you approve these special use permits for taller buildings, you should approve for every single parcel of land in the county. The zoning regulations are in place to limit growth in certain areas due to traffic, infrastructure needs, schools, emergency services, etc. The traffic is already out of control. How are emergency services going to get on and off the island with more density. Stick to the zoning code in place!

Keep Siesta Key free from high rise buildings. It will have an impact on the attractiveness of the island, also the density of the population. NO NO NO NO NO

We have owned a condo on the key for 20 years and see no need for high density units to be built. Follow current zoning

Please do not destroy the charm of SK just for the love of money. These hotels are too big and the key cannot support this kind of mindless change.

A high rise structure would totally spoil the charm of the beach front.
