He does not groom or even pick up trash on the beach in front of his house. If he does not take pride in where he lives how do we expect him to treat the beach at a hotel .
If you feel there is the need for retail beds on the island, first open up to Airbnb, as these are existing underused beds available at no tax to existing infrastructure and natural environmental impact is nil.

Please do not take away the beauty and peace of our lovely Siesta Key by allowing massive buildings to be built. This would be a great mistake !

Why would you want to ruin our quaint island with some monstrosity of a hotel? And where do you plan to direct the traffic, exactly? The traffic is almost unbearable as it is! FYI, there are more important things in this life than money

I live in PA and vacation on Siesta Key.
I've been coming for 5 years now. I've always felt as though it's a special secret place only a lucky few of us know about. I would hate to lose that feeling. Massive hotels will bring in more diverse crowds. The familiar feeling of our secret SAFE small town by the beach won't exist.
