Sarasota is losing its charm due to all the development the last few years. It makes me want to vacation elsewhere.

I say absolutely NO to Massive mega hotels on siesta key! It will ruin the character of our number 1 beach and the traffic is already straining the roads during high season

We have enough hotels around here!! Please stop with ruining the charm of our city!! We don't want to be like the big cities Miami,Orlando,Ft. Lauderdale!! Traffic is bad enough now without anymore hotels or construction!!!

"Siesta" Key-- does not need to be exploited by developers. It's already experiencing horrible street traffic, higher boat traffic, noise, excessive lights and an increase in crime. Run off from the infrastructure is killing the water. Stop, enough is enough. We don't need high rises and mega hotels!

Leave our island the way it is! We have live here for over 20 years and the changes to our island have not been positive. The weekly rentals, the bars the noise, the traffic, the crime that comes with it! I loved the lay back nature of our Island. We do not need another Miami or Orlando! PLEASE!

GREED. When will developers have enough money? How many cars do they need? Siesta Key is a place to go to de-stress, to relax, enjoy sunsets, watch endangered birds and dolphins play. If visitors want hard partying and loud demonstrations of how much fun they are squeezing out of their busy lives, then please visit any of the other built up beaches on the east coast. Please do not destroy this quiet treasure Once gone it will not return.
