NO massive building projects, infrastructure, roads,traffic and bridges cannot handle the traffic we have now!!! Commissioners have to do better for the residence. We will lose our seasonal business because of the congestion.

SK is already too congested - too crowded and too dirty with too much traffic and waits at restaurants to encourage more people and hotel rooms!!!

So many reasons this is not a good idea. Red tide, transportation difficulties, too much cement for the environment... and there’s more. Stop over development!

There has been way too much development going on and Siesta does not need to be overdeveloped. With the Benderson project now passed this would create a traffic nightmare on the south end of Siesta Key.

I have been going to Siesta Key for 30+ years. It does not need a massive hotel. The traffic is bad enough with what is already there. Please vote No.

I have been coming to Siesta Key now for over 50 years now and each year saddened by the building of new condo/luxary hotel structures to accommodate visitors each time we come back. No more are needed on this beautiful island. The Village is an iconic place on Siesta Key people come to to relax, experience and be reminded of the quaint tropical island feel. To take that away would be taking away a bit of paradise. The concrete, block and asphalt have to stop.
