This will not increase tax revenue, it will cost tax revenue in the long run. Residential airbnb will drop causing sales, an over saturated commercialized island will drop property value, crime and traffic accidents will increase causing need for more police

Please don’t do that! It will ruin the entire island. Nothing is pretty about a beach lined with high rises. It is ugly, cold and impersonal. It also changes the feel of the place. It isn’t special anymore. You might as well be at Miami Beach instead. The traffic will also be horrible. You will ruin it just please don’t!
