It is time to put the permanent residents first. Many years ago they commissioners adopted density and height rules for a reason. It’s just not a matter of destroying the ambience. It’s a matter of overcrowding, infrastructure, and quality of life.

Island already very crowded, little to no planning for existing traffic!! Not to mention added volume with proposed hotels. Please keep Seista quaint!

I have serious concerns about these projects, how they will affect the SK Vibe, how the traffic will become impossible all of the time, instead of pspecific times of the year, AND the potential for problems for appropriate emergency services (fire, ambulance service , and police).

When we built here in the 70's there was a moratorium on building. Our property corner of Midnight Pass and Sarasea Circle went ftom 12 units to 4. We complied. Siesta can not handle more people and traffic. Its already impossible to navigate the village or go anywhere there. Please STOP this.

Don’t allow Siesta Key to lose its charm and turn into an over developed tourist trap

Please do not destroy our beautiful island with more people, more traffic, more stress on the environment, more noise and hugel eyesores. Existing regs have kept our island a very special place for residents and visitors. Do not change them to appease developers who just want to line their pockets and don’t care about our home

You can't even get on and off the island now between 8-5 if they add a hotel it's going to be NUTS NO WAY to any more hotels on Siesta Key

Let's not be so short sighted to ruin what is left of SK. Tourists will not want to visit when this place becomes a Wildwood NJ!

Siesta key is a gem and an escape for generations of returning visitors and new visitors alike The proposal to allow limitless mega hotel additions will harm the islands landscape and create overcrowding in a small in square mile island area Plenty of other areas to do that Please KEEP SIESTA SAFE from this nonsense
