HR392 sounds like a terrible bill! I don't believe it's for the best interests of this country. Alternative approaches such as eliminating non merit-based visa programs and redistributing it to a merit-based system must be sought.

It is not just about keeping same level of different races and nationalities, it is also about having skilled workers in different disciplines not just IT or computer science dominated by one country. Stop the ridiculous bill

We have enough Indians in this country already. My son's 3rd class is 50% Indian. My daughter's preschool class is 75% Indian. My IT department is close to 80% Indian. How many more are you going to bring in?

This bill will kill the diversity in our country. The whole point of green card (and the lottery) was to create diversity in our country and this bill will kill it.

I am against it as it destroys diversity and in long term it totally alters demography of immigrant population and even US population at large.
