This bill is most unfair to rest of world. Indian IT bodyshop will monopolize GC just like their H1b scams. Concept of Diverse pool of talents will disappear and US will become India or china. Best solution to reduce backlog keep country cap in H1b too. Talent is everywhere not only in India

I do not support hr 392 as it is the most unfair bill to rest of the smaller nations and in favor of only larger nations like India. To accommodate 1 or 2 larger nations at the expense of rest of the world to suffer is totally unacceptable.

This is just unfair!!! I am against this bill called “ fairness for high skilled immigrants” , also known as S281 in senate (HR392 in house) which is now attached to the house version of DHS funding bill for fiscal year 2019. Please stop it!!

This bill will decrease the quality of education in US by forcing universities to hire assistant professors and professors just from a single country!!!

This bill is going to take more job opportunities away from America college graduates and most groups that representing American workers are against it. It also destroy diversity among the work environments and eventually among the general population.

I am opposed to the removal of the country cap because it is threatening the US 's diversity and after a while, All of the high skilled jobs belong to India and China. They are high populated nations which change the balance of US populations and in long term it makes America Second India or China. NO to HR392

This change would make an incredibly difficult process for countries other than India and China that much more difficult.

Please don't take a chance of academic diversity from the US. With this ticket, almost all high tech engineers in the US will eventually be indean and chinees and in long term it will be a threaten to the US
