This bill is not the solution. It does nothing except spread the problem. It reduces immigration to just two major countries, reduces innovation for the US, restricts employment green cards to just one occupation i.e. IT. Most importantly, it barely solves the problem of backlog for Indian and Chinese nationals. I firmly stand against this poorly thought-out solution. #noHR392

Please do not let this bill pass through the senate because it will jeopardize career of lot of people of smaller country like myself.

This bill is simply NOT fair to the rest of the worlds' talented workforce whose deprivation from GC will have detrimental long-term effects on US economy and its scientific superiority. I strongly oppose this bill.

H1b visas are already scammed by Indians and GC also going in their favor?? Seriously? This bill is favoring only Indians and rest of world who are already minorities in visa diaspora will no longer have their fair share. NO HR392

So technically this bill is saying we favor only giant country like India to monopolize and abuse the US system more. And next 10 years or so only Indians and Chinese have right to green card. Wow! Most biased law ever for rest of the world who are already suffering the India H1b scams. Big NO to this biased bill.
