India and China is developed country is backlogged because of their larger numbers of applicants. Other countries should not be effected by this.

I am from Nepal I recently file I-485 and I-140. If this new immigration law passed then i have to wait 5 years to get GC. And it will hurt really badly for small countried to get GC. I will advised that please find the different solution. Please do not merge in one pool

Unfair bill that will scrutinize immigration system. 90% of h1bs are Indian and Chinese with World’s more than half population. H1b will more abused and no opporunity to US citizens as well.

This bill doesnot represent diversity. Also doesnot give opportunity for countries with low migration rate.

I come from the ROW (Rest of the World) queue and this bill is extremely unfair to me and the rest of the ROW queue. This bill only favors Indians who already receive about 70% of the EB Green Card. The US is committed to diversity and this bill is totally against that principle. I've spent 8 years in this country, getting advanced degree, contributing to research, and not cheating my way by working in Indian body shops and abusing the H1B world through Infosys and IT contracting that many of these folks will be rewarded by, with a Green Card. Please keep this diversity going. There's a reason why the cap was introduced in the first place. Keep it fair to others, and prevent abuse that will ultimately lead to loss of American jobs, and displacement of other skilled workers.
