The system will be over-flooded only by the India and China just like what is happening in H1B.

I oppose this bill wholeheartedly. This is dangerous. This hampers diversity, restricts EB green cards to few occupation.

This bill is not right in terms of equality

They Bring 60000 + indians every year on h1b and now give green card to them. Usa will be mini india. And we will never get chance. Where is diversity. Does talents only come from India?

With this bill passed, GC will be abused like H1B by Indians. Whole academia, which are full of ROW grad students, researchers, post-docs, and associate professors, will be affected badly. An IT worker with an Indian degree will get GC over those hard working people with american degrees. It will be very unfair. whole graduate level of school may collapse. This bill should not pass.

This does not align with diversity objective of nation.

Diversity is a must in technology talent.
