In long-term, HR392 will be against the concept of diversity in the United States as it will create an advantage for Indian and Chinese communities, while other nationalities will be forced to choose between living far away from their loved ones for years, or just leave the country

In 20 years, US will be under the rule of India, and the diversity will be like 90% Indian vs. 10% Americans and other nationalities!

Currently, there are near 400k applicants for GC, out of which 306k are nationals of India. This is despite the fact that currently Indian nationals must wait a long period of time to be eligible to apply for GC. Imagine if this bill passes and everyone have to stand in a same line to apply to GC. Is there any chance left for nationals of other countries?
This is also unfair to hard working Indian individuals who legitimately came to US to study. With this bill signed to law, tech giants such as Amazon, Microsoft etc, will employ cheap labor from those individuals who got their degrees from schools in India.

HR392 is not solution for backlog. It just shifts that to countries with lower population. All employment-based green cards will go for just Indians and Chinees for atleast 10 years! So no green card for other nations of the world for a long time!

If the skill was correlated with population of a country, then China and India had to have the best athletes all over the world, but it was not so (just look at FIFA, Olympic games, Nobel laureate, political masterminds, etc. ) . The talent and skill is not related to population.
