Removing per country cap on employment based Green Cards without fixing broken H1-B visa lottery system will allow only Indians to get almost all the Green Cards, devastating the racial diversity of America. GC backlog is there because Indians have taken gamed H1-B visa lottery system with help of Indian IT bodyshops like Wipro, Infosys, Tata, Cognizant, HCL that flood the application process preventing chances of people from other countries to fair shot at getting H1-B visas, resulting in 90% visas to to to Indians. Eliminating the per country cap will not solve any problem, it only cteates more problems by spreading back logs to other countries.
