Please just let high skilled workers get an easy status in the USA. It is good for USA, good for those workers, viod for the US economy.

I understand that the basis for this is fairness. However, all the process for the internationals are coutry based. Visa issuance is country based, whether the issued visa is single or multi entey , whether an international job applicant is subject to harsher security check or even requires export license is country based, wether you can travel outside the US is country based. This law, if pasded would create irreparable damage to skilled workers from many other countries which are already subject to descrimimative laws like the travel ban and benefit people from a few countries which do not have such hard restrictions. For a person in the list of the travel ban countries, she/he would have a single entey visa restricting his/her travel, with travel ban their parents cannot visit either. He/she will have to wait for green card to be able to travel. With this law the predicament for us would become even worse.

Killing the Value of Constitution : Diversity. It does not solve backlog of Indians and Just put the other nations into backlog. Do not kick off people who has been contributing to the growth of knowledge and has been invested on and got their masters or PhD degrees from the States ; donot push them to leave the coutry , This is the only way you can ruin the diversity and pave the way for wage abuse . Half of H1B visa are already given to people with the most population in lottery. No To HR 392
