If it was in normal conditions, I would have supported this bill. However, in current problematic immigration system, this bill only introduces trouble for many many people. This bill should to be passed until comprehensive immigration reform.

Kevin Yoder needs to have a round table discussion with unemployed USA citizen high tech workers who have been displaced by Indian and Chinese foreign visa workers. Yoder needs to pull this HR 392 out of the DHS bill he placed it into to satisfy the demands of his Indian slave masters

As stated, while it is unfair for our Indian and Chinese friends to wait so long for the green card, this bill makes the process for the rest of the word, in particular for the nationals of the countries who have sever difficulties in getting the visa. This makes them uncertain about the future and have them to live in limbo for a long time while they are away from their loved ones. Please please please, investigate the severe consequences of this bill on applicants from the rest of the world.
