This will only increase the immigrants from India and China leaving all other countries waiting for 10+ years. There are capable immigrants from the rest (73%) of the world. This should be stopped.

I believe it can hurt the diversity interests of the united states, and will put the nations with less number of applicants to go to other countries for high level jobs. Personally if this got approved I probably leave the country after my graduation, because with my single entry visa and ban I will not be able to wait 10 years to visit my family...
