Siesta Key is known for its beauty and the originality that it offers. This would be sad to see it developed into more than the island can handle.

Don’t allow hotels on island. Not enough parking and road, bridge structure, even now.

Leave Siesta Key alone! I’ve watched greedy developers RUIN the lovely town I grew up in. Enough is enough.

As a visitor to Siesta Key for many years and having seen the over development in Sarasota County and specifically Siesta Key over the past ten years, at least, I am totally against changing existing development codes to allow more high rise hotels and condos. The beauty of the Key as it now exists, will be gone for all time if developers are allowed to build new hotels and high rise condos. If the change goes through, I for one will think very hard at whether or not Myself and family will return to Siesta Key to spend our dollars on our one to two visits each year.

Don't overcrowd Siesta Key. The roads and infrastructure can't handle it.

Keep the small town feel on Siesta (& in Sarasota county). That's why everyone loves it here!

We need to protect our environment and excessive growth. We will lose what makes siesta special for this greed and shortsightedness.
