Increased density is inappropriate for the locale of these proposals. The community as a whole should be considered (and be required to weigh in) before embarking on paths to disrupt current residential and business communities. Growth and improvement can be good if executed in the best interests of the area, these proposals as they stand do not suit that. They do not factor the long list of impacts such changes would bring.

Eliminating density limitations is a terrible idea. Sarasota needs less density,
