I strongly object to Dollar General locating at Raymond Hill Rd and Fischer Rd. development on Hwy 34 has created tremendous traffic issues in our area. We moved to this particular area for its rural tranquility. There are already 2 Dollar type stores at Thomas Crossroads, we don't need or want a third.

I have lived on Fischer Rd for almost 30 yrs, and I do not want Dollar General here. There is no need. The traffic cannot be sustained on this road current from all from corner of 34/Fischer. No big rig semi signs at both end of Fischer are totally ignored now, as is the 45MPH now. I counted 8 Semi trucks on Friday that are supposed to use 154, 34, or 74. That is not the case at all. Should they have the ability to give citations for the speeding of 65-70 along with the semi rule this would cease. There is absolutely no reason for commercial at this corner. It will devalue our property, increase the semi truck use, and offer more spending traffic on an under sized 2 lane road. It can be very difficult to cut my lawn across the front because of speeding traffic already. I have had 1 death in my front yard due to speeding, another just about a block from my front yard, another accident in my front yard in February 2015, and lost 3 mailboxes. So, NO to Dollar General.

As a resident of Westminister Village subdivision off of Fischer Road, I am strongly against this proposal to rezone the property from Rural Conservation to Commercial.

Please vote NO to the commercial rezoning at Raymond Hill and Fischer. We already have easy and close access to numerous stores in several directions. We do not need the traffic and breakdown of our community!!

I live off Palmetto-Tyrone Road in Canongate Village Neighborhood. I do not want commercial zoning, near or around our community. We have a family owned store and go down the road in two directions and within 5 miles for a Dollar General

We moved to this area in April of 2014. We do not see any benefit of this "progress". The Dollar General store will not be visited by us if built. This is a rural area full of planned communities. We do not need the shopping.
Leave it rural conservation PERIOD !!
