I feel that there is enough commercial development in the Thomas Crossroads area for this area with more room along Hwy 34. I don't feel that we need this kind of development within our residential community.

Please do not allow this to happen. I can see that this will only increase the probability of further rezoning for other commercial buildings in this area. It is not needed!

Resident of le paradis subdivision on fisher rd. We already have reasonably easy access to two dollar stores. This is an already dangerous intersection.

No, no, no!!! There are already several DGs within close proximity. We do NOT need another one.

As if the auction eyesore on Raymond Hill Rd is not enough, adding an unnecessary Dollar General will further negatively impact housing values. If this variance is passed, the Coweta County Tax Assessor can be assured that all of the homeowners in the area will be requesting re-assessments, resulting in lower taxes, as a result of lower residential property values.

Absolutely NO! This will devalue all of our properties and change the scope of the surroundings neighborhoods. Plus, it will put the small family store that has been an anchor in our neighborhood out of business! I Vote NO!

This seems like an odd location. No other businesses in the area. Not to mention that there are already several stores like this in the near vacinity. This is a residential area. Traffic is growing yearly in our area and congestion is getting worse year over year. Not a welcome change for our neighborhood.

I live at 274 Craig Wood Way Sharpsburg. Why would ANY community need 4 Dollar General stores within 4.8 miles of one another. Talk about over saturation!! I'm definately against this.

This area of Fischer Road should remain residential. There are plenty of commercially zoned areas along highway 34 and near I-85 intersections.

We do not need the extra traffic. There is a Dollar General within 7 miles of this area. No commerical, please leave it be to our neighborhoods.

I am against a Dollar General in such a residential area, if it's allowed, what is next? Gas station, other uneeded commercial developments?!?!?!?

I am 100% against this proposed rezoning from rural conservation to commercial. There are already 3 Dollar Generals w/in less than 5 miles of this location.
